The International Symposium on Compound Semiconductors (ISCS) has a long standing tradition in being the forum for the science, technology, and application of compound semiconductors. The Symposium addresses III-V and II-VI compound semiconductors as well as SiGe, SiC, and related alloys and has opened up to novel materials such as oxide semiconductors, organic semiconductors and aspects of heterogeneous integration, e.g. of compound semiconductors with Si-based technology.

The 35^th ISCS will be held September 21 - 24, 2008 at the „Europa-Park“, Rust near Freiburg, Germany.

ISCS2008 opens with a plenary session on Sunday, September 21 at 2:00 pm.
