Meeting attendees from countries that require a visa to enter Germany are reminded that the process of obtaining a visa may take some time. You are strongly encouraged to plan ahead and begin the application process early.

Visa invitation letters will be issued by the conference organizers upon request by Email to iscs2008@iaf.fraunhofer.de. The invitation letter will be sent to the applicant by fax.

Please note that this letter does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa.
